1. Corporate Ownership & Scope

This web portal (vedmatrix.in and all associated subdomains) is owned and operated by VED MATRIX TECHNOLOGIES, a registered enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India (Udyam Reg No: UDYAM-TS-14-0017900). By accessing or enrolling in any virtual project internship, technical assessment, hackathon, or documentation utility on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Programs & Non-University Accreditation Disclaimer

All virtual project internships, national hackathons, and skill assessments conducted by VED MATRIX TECHNOLOGIES are self-paced industrial training and project evaluation programs. All credentials issued by Ved Matrix Technologies (Govt. of India MSME Udyam Reg: UDYAM-TS-14-0017900) certify the successful completion of structured industrial training, project deliverable evaluation, and technical competency assessment across Engineering domains (CSE/IT, ECE, EEE, Civil, and Mechanical). Each record is cryptographically verifiable via our Central Public Registry in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023.

3. Candidate Responsibilities & Originality of Submissions

Candidates enrolling in project-based internships or hackathons must submit valid project links, repositories, or technical deliverables and complete the mandatory benchmark evaluation. Providing falsified academic roll numbers or impersonating another individual will result in immediate revocation of the issued Credential ID from our central verification registry.

4. Program Fees & Invoicing

All fees collected on the platform are towards cloud portal access, technical evaluation, automated documentation processing, and permanent digital credential hosting. No fee is charged as a guarantee of paid employment.

6. Educational Reference Kits & Academic Integrity Policy

All project source code packages, documentation kits, architecture diagrams, and complete project technical information provided by Ved Matrix are designed as Educational Reference Kits & Learning Blueprints. They are intended to assist students in understanding system architecture, implementation workflows, and engineering design. Students are encouraged to customize and build upon the reference code for their university submissions.

The project bundles are learning resources meant to accelerate student understanding of system design, backend architectures, datasets, and standard research formats. Candidates are strictly advised to review, customize, test, and understand the code logic before presenting it in academic vivas or semester evaluations.

7. Industry Standards Alignment & Institutional Evaluation

Industrial internships and virtual hackathons are designed following industry standard engineering workflows and practical skill benchmarks. Final semester credits, marks, and extracurricular activity points are awarded under the candidate's respective college/university evaluation criteria. Ved Matrix Technologies is an MSME-registered enterprise (Govt. of India Udyam: UDYAM-TS-14-0017900). The awarding of university semester credits, internal laboratory marks, or Mandatory Additional Requirements (MAR) / activity points remains under the autonomous academic discretion of the candidate's college evaluator or institutional committee.

8. Open-Source Licensing & Intellectual Property Attribution

Software packages and educational modules may utilize or reference permissive open-source technologies (including MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD licensed libraries). In accordance with open-source licensing compliance, original copyright notices and third-party license headers are preserved. All proprietary Ved Matrix curricula, report templates, assessment rubrics, and platform technologies remain the exclusive property of VED MATRIX TECHNOLOGIES.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Telangana, India.
