Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Credentials & Instant Downloads
Due to the immediate digital nature of our project evaluation services, downloadable PDF credentials (Offer Letters, Certificates of Internship, Letters of Recommendation), and automated `.docx` documentation files, fees are non-refundable once the credential ID has been generated or the digital document has been downloaded.
2. Duplicate Payment or Technical Failure Refunds
In the event that a candidate’s bank account or UPI is debited twice for the same transaction, or if a technical error prevents credential generation after payment deduction, 100% of the duplicate/failed amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Free Name / Roll Number Correction Window
If a student makes a typographical error in their Name, College Name, or Roll Number while generating a credential, they may request a free correction within 48 hours of issuance by emailing vedmatrixtechnologies@gmail.com.
