1. Information We Collect
When you register for an internship track, hackathon, or documentation tool at VED MATRIX TECHNOLOGIES, we collect only the necessary academic and professional details required to issue and verify your credentials: Full Name, College/University Name, Academic Roll Number, Email Address, and Project Repository URL.
2. Public QR Code Verification Privacy Protection
In strict compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, our public QR Credential Verification Portal displays only your Name, College Name, Roll Number, Assigned Domain, Project Title, Tenure Dates, and Credential Status. We never publicly display your personal phone number, private email address, or residential address on public verification links.
3. Payment Security
All online payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
4. Data Retention & Removal Requests
Credential verification records are retained permanently to ensure lifelong verification for college placement cells and employers. Candidates may request updates or removal of their records at any time by emailing vedmatrixtechnologies@gmail.com.
